Communities of Practice

Crossroads Children’s Centre recognizes the value of collaborating with other providers of mental health services to children and youth — to share knowledge and best practices and to build specific types of service expertise in the agencies and the broader community. These networks are known as “Communities of Practice.”

Crossroads is an active participant in several Communities of Practice. Two of note are Ottawa Collaborative Problem Solving (OCPS) and System of Care (SOC).
