We are happy to announce the launch of youturn.ca.  A former client, EOYJA, took on the daunting task of rebranding to be more accessible for the families and youth to whom they provide bilingual services.

Youturn provides intensive services and supports to youth in conflict with the law, and their families.

Their goal is to help their clients shift to active participation in society — and make choices that will help them remain in the community, avoid future conflict with the law and succeed in their lives.

Through four core programs, they deliver counselling, education and training, clinical treatment and a range of additional supports — all focused on helping youth and families build on their strengths, develop their personal competencies and set out on a path to a productive life.

Operating since 1989, Youturn is a non-profit transfer-payment agency funded by the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Youth Justice Branch. They are also a registered charity.

When the decision was made to rebrand our company, it was without hesitation that we again called upon the services of Jon Ball (at diskdaddy.com).  Jon first designed a website for us in 2011 and has provided support for it since then.  With our new name and image, we had to basically restart from square one and Jon agreed to be with us every step of the way.

Completely respecting our timelines and budgets, Jon procured business cards, brochures, presentation folders, and branded phone cases for our staff.  He also created our fantastic website, designing it to be user-friendly so that we could maintain and update it ourselves.  Of course, support is always just a phone call away.

Jon’s honest enthusiasm, coupled with his experience, makes him an absolute pleasure to work with.

Part of their effort was to achieve seamless branding.

Each field employee will be provided with a branded phone to ensure they have access to important documents. We researched an appropriate custom case vendor and created their design using the new branding.

These cases were designed to promote the new logo.
